Delivery

The cost of delivery within the Island of Ireland of books purchased through this website is calculated in your shopping cart, when making an online purchase.

All serviceable orders, whether received online or by any other method before 1 pm (Mon – Fri) will be despatched on the same day via An Post mail. Delivery, according to An Post, should take 1 – 2 working days.

Returns

We offer our customers an immediate refund or replacement for defective products sold to them if it is returned to us within 10 days of purchase, provided it is otherwise undamaged. Please return the item securely wrapped with a letter giving the reason for the return. Please send the package to:

Trade Returns

We will accept returns at the end of the season (before end November) up to a value of 5% of the total purchases from the 1st of February of the same year.
